Good Day,
I'm Pontsho, I stay in Johannesburg South.
I worked as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Wide Open Platform which is an advertising company, and at the same time I was also Au Pairing for her daughter. So it was both jobs in one.
For her, I used to manage her diary and calendar, set up meetings, help with emails and admin, and do shopping and errands when she needed. I also did abit of Project Management for her restaurant.
For her daughter, I did school runs, helped with homework, took her to extra mural activities, and ran errands with her for things she needed.
That job taught me a lot - how to multitask, keep things private and confidential, and be on time and organized.
I'm also studying at Mancosa so I'm used to admin and working online. I have reliable transport as well. I am also a fast learner.
