I am an Osteopath with an MSc in Osteopathy, combining private-client rehabilitation with practical organisation and personal support. My experience includes supporting people following strokes, including spinal stroke, and clients living with Parkinson’s, MS, neuropathy and reduced mobility. I adapt hands-on treatment and movement to each person’s abilities, comfort and goals, working alongside their existing care and medical team.

Since 2017 I have operated a Pilates and wellness studio, coordinating a team of six Pilates instructors and two physiotherapists, managing schedules and helping clients follow a consistent rehabilitation routine. I bring a calm, discreet and practical approach, with a strong focus on dignity, trust and independence.

My strengths include mobility and balance support, Pilates-based conditioning, tailored exercise, wellness coordination and day-to-day organisation. I am interested in private companion and rehabilitation-support roles where these skills can complement practical assistance in the home and during travel. Any specialist personal-care duties would be agreed around the individual’s care plan, equipment and training requirements.

I am available immediately, open to live-in and rotational arrangements, and internationally mobile. I am comfortable around pets and have a much-loved Doberman, Bella. Professional references are available, and I would welcome an initial video call to discuss the household’s needs.
