Hello families!

My name is Rebecca, I'm 23 years old, and I'm the oldest sister to two boys who are now 11 and 9. I've been helping care for them since they were born, and because both of my parents worked, I took on a lot of responsibility at home from a young age. This included preparing meals, helping with homework, keeping them entertained, and managing nighttime routines like dinner, baths, getting ready for bed, and making sure they were settled for the night.

Although my experience hasn't been through a formal nanny position, I've spent over a decade learning what it means to care for children consistently, not just when it's convenient. I've watched my brothers grow through so many different stages of life, and I've learned how important patience, communication, structure, and emotional support are along the way.

I think one of the things that best describes me is how much I genuinely enjoy looking after other people's needs. I naturally pay attention to the people around me, and there's something incredibly fulfilling about recognizing an opportunity to help and being able to make a difference right then and there. Whether it's making someone's day easier, helping a child work through a difficult moment, or simply being someone they can count on, those things give me a real sense of purpose.

Professionally, I've worked in sales, administration, training, and leadership, which have helped me become organized, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with all kinds of people. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, I love running, spending time outdoors, reading, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. I'm naturally curious and love encouraging that same curiosity in others, especially children. I think there's so much value in allowing kids to ask questions, try new things, and develop confidence in themselves.

I'm currently looking for a live-in nanny opportunity and am open to relocating for the right family. I'd love to find a household where I can be genuinely helpful, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

I understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your children is a big decision, and I would take that responsibility seriously. I also believe open communication, mutual respect, and clear expectations are important for making a live-in arrangement comfortable for everyone.
