I had previously tried to find a housekeeper through another very well known, very reputable website, but to no avail, even after a month. I received replies, and while I deeply appreciate all who responded, many of the applicants just did not seem to meet the criteria for the situation my Family and I were in at the time. The few Favourites that I had sent me on "wild goose chases" trying to track them down AFTER they had APPLIED for my position! Fed up, I searched for comparable websites, and it was from that query that I found GreatAuPair.com. I was so pleased with the caliber of applicants on this website, and I was astounded that I had an international platform from which to choose. I found the interface to be easy to navigate, and I felt the information required from each candidate really did help with making the decision on whom to hire. It is my firm belief that without GreatAuPair.com, I would have never found the perfect person to fill my position, and I certainly would have never been able to find her any where else after just ONE WEEK! I will absolutely recommend this resource to any one looking for reliable personal assistance or quality care for their children, aging parents, their home, or their pets.
